Returns Policy
Our return policy states that should your purchase be damaged in any way during transit from K9 Turf Products Store to your stated delivery address, you may refuse delivery and return it – or part of it – to us via the original carrier completely free of charge.
We will either ship a replacement order as soon as possible or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the entire consignment.
We can only accept the return of opened items if the packaging has been damaged in transit.
Please note that once a purchase has been signed as received in good condition we reserve the right not to accept a return or refund of said purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled before delivery of the consignment for any reason will be refunded in full.
